All too true. Mind you, too often you don’t get two men talking about anything at any depth either (with some notable exceptions). Most of it is escapist nonsense to help us forget what’s going on in reality. Not that that’s always a bad thing!
Sure, but I think part of the point of the test is to show how few movies allow women access to escapist nonsense that isn’t about men.
